The best method for setting the temperature is according to the hair density and its texture. Assuming, that the Hair is thin, the ideal temperature needs to be 160 degrees Celsius. If the hair is medium in the thickness you can go up to 180-degree Celsius; if the hair is thick or coarse you can go up to 190-degree Celsius. For Chemical hair you can go up to 230-degree Celsius according to the gig however over 190 degrees is recommended for professional utilization only.
