Mr.Barber provides on all their electrical appliances warranty of any manufactured defects or defects in workmanship, for 1 full year from the point of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover any physical damage caused by misuse or mishandling by the user. Normal wear and tear, Wrapping cord around the iron, dropping unit, product build-up or scratches on the plates, broken housing, loose plates, using wrong voltage, unauthorized modification, tampering or attachments to the unit, and neglect in safety, regular maintenance, and improper usage of the Mr.barber products will void all warranty claims.

In order to properly register your Mr.Barber unit and activate your 1 year warranty, you must fill out your original warranty card completely and include a copy of your original sales receipt then send it to our service center. If a warranty card is received without all the information fields completed, your warranty is void. Your warranty protects your Mr.Barber product to be free of defects in workmanship and manufactured defects. Proper completion of the warranty card process is mandatory for full warranty benefits.

In the event that you experience a problem with your MR.BARBER unit due to a manufactured defect and you are within the 1 year warranty period, you may send your iron back to our facility for a repair or replacement.

RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS PROCESS

With our customers’ best interests in mind, we do allow products to be sent in to our Repair Center to be evaluated by a technician, repaired, and/or replaced regardless of when or where they were purchased.

If a product is: (1.) no longer covered under MR.BARBER one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty or (2.) purchased from an unauthorized vendor and considered void of warranty, the customer shall be responsible for any and all repair or replacement fees.

Products covered under the one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of charge if they are found to be covered by the warranty’s terms. (Please see our Warranty Policy to fully understand warranty limitations.)

In order for your submitted product to be considered covered by MR.BARBER one (1) year warranty, you must include a valid copy of the original purchase receipt indicating the product was purchased from an authorized vendor, along with a purchase date of no greater than three hundred and sixty five (365) days prior to the date of your submission. (Before sending in your product to our Repair Center, if you have registered the warranty for your product with our company, please call Customer Service to verify your account and warranty data in the warranty database, and to verify that your product is still within your warranty coverage period.)

All product repairs and replacements, regardless of warranty coverage, are subject to the standard return shipping and handling fees charged to all MR.BARBER customers. To cover the cost of shipping and handling, you may send paid shipping cost. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept personal checks, international personal checks, international money orders, cash or other forms of payment, except as specifically stated in this disclosure, for shipping and handling fees.

For return addresses within INDIA, the return shipping and handling fee is covered by the company. wo hundred (RS) Rupees (Rs.200.00). Please contact our Customer Service department for a return shipping and handling fee quote before submitting your product for repair or replacement if you live outside of INDIA.

Please pay close attention to all of the following information in order to have your product processed and returned to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

You must include along with your product a letter containing your name, address, phone number, a detailed note to the technicians describing the issue you are having with your product, and (if possible) a copy of your original receipt.

After the Repair Center has diagnosed the problem with your product, you will receive a call from a technician informing you of the results of the examination, your options for next steps, and any additional costs that may apply. All charges and return shipping and handling fees can be paid over the phone by depositing cash or cheque in our bank account.

There will be a 7-14 business day turnaround period from the date your product is received at our Repair Center. This turnaround time may exceed 7-14 business days per the company’s discretion.

MR.BARBER Professional is not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen while in transit. MR.BARBER Professional is not responsible for shipping costs for any items sent to an incorrect address or items that authorize fail to arrive to our facility. MR.BARBER Professional is not responsible for the return shipping cost of an item produced by another company and mistakenly sent to the Repair Center or products found to have no defects or need for repair. It is recommended that you use UPS, FedEx, or registered mail, in order to be able to track or insure items sent to our Repair Center.

Please be advised. MR.BARBER not responsible for any excess shipping fees which occur as a result of inaccurate information provided to us by the consumer.

If you are a local customer and would like to bring in an item in person to be evaluated by a technician, please call Customer Service and make an appointment. Our company does not allow unscheduled walk-ins, and if you do not have an appointment or are late to your scheduled appointment, we cannot guarantee diagnosis of the issue with your product on the same day.
